Manufactering Process

The comb is masterfully crafted; from cutting to polishing, each comb is entirely manufactured by hand, which results in ultra smooth tapered teeth and rounded tips that ensure maximum comfort and care for hair and scalp.

Each piece is expertly hand cut, hand-sawn and hand polished to perfection. Resulting in an uber smooth finish, making it gentle to the beard and face due to its rounded tips and sides. It is produced out of high quality ebonite vulcanised rubber. The factory is owner managed, by the original family that established it, now in its fourth generation since 1905.
