Manufacturing Process

This comb is masterfully crafted; undergoing a 12 step process to ensure you the finest quality.  Each comb is shaped, polished and shined by hand resulting in ultra smooth tapered teeth and rounded tips that enquire maximum comfort and care for our beard and face.

It's produced out of high quality ebonite vulcanised rubber. The manufacturing factory is owner managed, by the original family that established it, now in its fourth generation since 1905.
